If you are coming to Florida for the beach then this is the perfect beach house for your vacation. The three bedroom and two-bathroom home is comfortable from top to bottom. All brand-new dining furniture and living room furniture to include leather couches and grand ceiling fans. New charming beach décor throughout the home creates the perfect beach vibe and a comfortable homely feel. The kitchen provides everything a guest could need and more. The kitchen is a complete and full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large kitchen island. The house is also equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. The large windows give you a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining and living room. Three sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious deck equipped with a table, chairs and a gas grill to enjoy ocean front meals or a glass of wine at sunset. Below the deck is a private beach for you and your guests to enjoy that connects to the main beach. The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed overlooks the beach and ocean. Windows surround the master bedroom giving you ocean views from every corner. You can also visit the shops restaurants, galleries, and a museum and community theater there. At Holmes Beach, you can get off the Trolley to enjoy more excellent shops and restaurants, as well as a marina, library, free community tennis courts, and several gyms open to visitors. On the south end, you will also want to explore the rest of Bradenton Beach. Historic Bridge Street was once the location of the very first bridge to the mainland. Today's Cortez Bridge, just a bit to the north, is made out of sturdier stuff than the original wood structure, but the original street is still there, and it is a fun place for shopping, dining, live music, a weekly open-air market (in season), fishing, and even miniature golf!
